Every student enrolled for a program will comply with the Code of Conduct mentioned , Which is mentioned below

COURSE CONDUCT DIRECTIVES

  • The students are required to attend the classes on time.
  • The students are required to maintain the requisite decorum in the classes as well as at the institute premises. The students will be required to appear in all examinations conducted during the academic session including theory, practical and project presentations. The course completion certificate will be issued only after the successful completion of all tests and assignments.
  • ⚫ 75% attendance is compulsory. The students not meeting the required attendance criteria will not be allowed to appear for the final examinations.
  • In case any student is absent for more than 15 days without any intimation, the institute holds the right to expel the student and the fees paid will be forfeited.
  • Students will not be allowed to leave the institute premises during the training hours without the prior- permission of the Center Manager.
  • Every student must ensure to take out time from their schedule to participate in various ZICA activities.
  • No Student should indulge in consumption of alcohol, drugs, smoking or any illegal edibles within the institute premises or the places where the students are taken for industry visits or outdoor shoots. Any student found guilty shall be liable to be expelled out of the course for any such behavior without any reason and the fees paid by the student shall be forfeited.
  • The fees must be paid on time. The students opting for payment by installment mode will have to pay their monthly installment by the mentioned due date for each payment. The students failing to pay the installment by the due date are liable to pay late fees charges of Rs. 100/ for every defaulting day. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and for any reason what so ever.
  • Students will switch off or keep the mobile phones on silence during the training hours. The Center Management reserves the right to make appropriate changes in the faculty, the courseware, and the schedule as and when required during the course.
  • Every student must wear identity-card in the institute, outdoor shoots or any representation of ZICA.
  • No student should engage in any professional assignment without the written approval of the academy. The academy reserves the right to allow or disallow the engagement in professional assignment. The students will not entertain visitors during the training hours.
  • In case of outdoor visits all conveyance, boarding, lodging expenses shall be borne by the student. No student shall use the name of the Company or its properties for his / her own purpose and benefits except when permitted to do so by the Management in writing.
  • No student will enter into monetary dealings with colleagues, subordinates or seniors. ZICA will not be responsible for the consequences.
  • Every Student in accordance with the policy laid down by the Management will perform the duties entrusted upon him or her.
  • Every Student will devote time and attention to the academic aspects in all respects, conform to the directions and regulations given by their superiors and obey their instructions.
  • Every Student will faithfully serve and use utmost Endeavour to get the best of the academic knowledge from time to time.
