Course Conduct Directives

• Students must attend classes on time and maintain discipline within the institute premises.
• Participation in all examinations, practicals, and project presentations is mandatory for course completion certification.
• Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory. Students failing to meet this requirement will not be allowed to appear for final examinations.
• Absence exceeding 15 consecutive days without prior intimation may result in expulsion, and fees paid shall be forfeited.
• Students are not permitted to leave the institute premises during training hours without prior approval from the Center Manager.
• Participation in ZICA activities is mandatory as part of holistic training.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, smoking, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited within institute premises, industry visits, or outdoor shoots. Violation may lead to immediate expulsion without fee refund.
• Fees must be paid on time. Installment delays attract a late fee of ₹100 per day. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent during training hours.
• The management reserves the right to make changes in faculty, course content, and schedules as required.
• Wearing of identity cards is mandatory within the institute and during outdoor or official ZICA representations.
• Students may not undertake professional assignments without written approval from the academy.
• Visitors are not allowed during training hours.
• For outdoor visits, all travel, boarding, and lodging expenses shall be borne by the student.
• Students shall not misuse the name, brand, or property of ZICA for personal benefit without written permission.
• No student shall engage in monetary dealings with colleagues or staff; ZICA shall not be responsible for any consequences.
• Students must perform duties entrusted by management and comply with academic instructions at all times.
• Students are expected to devote full attention to academics and strive to gain maximum professional knowledge.
